R64 Junctions pass a Signed 64-Bit Integer value around. They only go in one direction (Blue is Input and Red is Output). By Right Clicking on it when you are not holding either a R64 Wire or R64 Junction it will change between having 1 Input and 3 Outputs to 3 Inputs and 1 Output. Depending on the direction you are looking will determine the orientation.
