Crescent Hammers can be used to interact with some machines. They can also be used to remove most Thermal Expansion machines, blocks, etc by pressing Shift and Right Clicking on them. If you have Buildcraft Installed you can use a Buildcraft Wrench instead of a Crescent Hammer.
