The Particle Spawner creates particles at a target location (By linking a MCI Location). When it recieves a redstone signal it stops creating particles. Right Click the Particle Spawner to access its GUI. Within its GUI when you left click it will increase the values, right click decreasing. Holding shift while clicking will add or remove 1 from the area settings.
